Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized **Executive Assistant / Office Lead** to provide direct support to senior executives while managing office operations. This dual role requires exceptional multitasking, leadership, and communication skills to ensure smooth workflows and effective executive coordination. Key Responsibilities * **Executive support**: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare executive correspondence. * **Office oversight**: Supervise daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. * **Team coordination**: Lead administrative staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. * **Documentation management**: Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain accurate records. * **Communication handling**: Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders. * **Process improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. * 5–7 years of experience in executive assistance or office management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of Bahraini workplace regulations and corporate governance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. * Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
